We want you to feel comfortable and confident when purchasing Neoflorax on neoflorax.net. This Return & Refund Policy explains under which conditions you can return products and request a refund. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
1. General conditions
- This policy applies only to purchases made directly from neoflorax.net.
- If you purchased Neoflorax from a reseller, pharmacy, marketplace, or another website, please contact them directly and follow their return policy.
- By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
2. Right of withdrawal (cooling‑off period)
If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or in a jurisdiction with similar consumer protection rules, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within a certain period (for example 14 days) without giving any reason.
However, please note that this right can be limited for sealed health or hygiene products once the seal has been broken after delivery. Because Neoflorax is a food supplement, for safety and hygiene reasons we generally cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed products, except where they are defective or delivered in error.
3. Returnable products
3.1 Products that can be returned
Subject to the conditions below, we may accept returns of:
- Unopened, unused Neoflorax units in their original, intact packaging
- Products received that are different from what you ordered (wrong item)
- Products that arrive damaged or defective
3.2 Products that cannot be returned
We are not able to accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Products that have been opened, unsealed, partially used, or otherwise not in their original condition (unless damaged in transit)
- Products returned after the applicable return period has expired
- Products not purchased directly from neoflorax.net
- Products damaged due to improper storage, misuse, or failure to follow the instructions on the label
4. Return period
Unless otherwise required by law in your country, you must contact us and request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order. After we approve your request, you typically have an additional 14 days to send the products back to us.
We recommend keeping proof of postage and tracking information for your return shipment.
5. How to request a return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Purchase date
- Description of the issue and the products you wish to return
- Clear photos if the items are damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions. We may ask for additional information to process your request.
- Once your return is approved, carefully pack the products, ideally in the original shipping box, and send them to the return address provided in our instructions.
Please do not send any products back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to identify or process unannounced returns.
6. Return shipping costs
- If the return is due to our error (for example, wrong product sent, damaged or defective on arrival), we will generally cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, according to the instructions we provide.
- If you are returning a product for other reasons (for example, you changed your mind about an unopened product), you are usually responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Inspection and approval
Once we receive your returned products, we will inspect them to verify that they meet the return conditions. We will then notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.
Returns may be rejected if the items are not in resalable condition (for example, opened or significantly damaged) and do not qualify as defective or damaged in transit.
8. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process a refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless we agree with you on a different method. Refunds will generally cover:
- The purchase price of the returned products
- Standard shipping costs for the original order if required by applicable law and if the return is made within the legal withdrawal period
Optional or upgraded delivery costs (for example, express or courier delivery) may not be refundable unless required by local law.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
9. Exchanges
We do not routinely offer product exchanges. If you received the wrong or damaged product, we will either send a replacement or provide a refund, according to your preference and product availability. In other cases, you may need to place a new order after receiving your refund, if applicable.
10. Non-delivery and shipping issues
If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us. We may need to investigate with the shipping carrier. In cases where the parcel is lost in transit and cannot be located, we may offer a replacement shipment or a refund, subject to verification.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or because it was not collected from the pickup point or post office, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend it. Alternatively, we may refund the product price minus the shipping costs, depending on the circumstances and local regulations.
11. Product experience and expectations
Individual experiences with food supplements can vary. Neoflorax is intended to support digestive well-being and intestinal balance, but it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Dissatisfaction with personal results, in the absence of a product defect, does not automatically qualify for a refund outside the terms specified in this policy.
